LS Workout Tracker stores all of your data locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or share any of your personal data with our servers or any third party.
This data lives inside the app’s sandbox on your iPhone. Uninstalling the app deletes it permanently. We have no copy.
None. The app makes no network requests beyond what iOS itself does for system services (e.g. App Store updates).
When a workout is active, the app shows a Live Activity on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island. The data shown there comes from the same local storage described above and is never transmitted off-device.
